Wellness Wheel Reflection
a) I can make the Family section even better by
trying work some of the issues we have.
b) For health, and wealth I think I may be able
to improve on it. For health, I start to cut out Junk Food and try to go get
more exercise by walking my dog. I can try to cut out some foods that aren’t good
for me the next time we go grocery shopping. I’ll try getting more exercise by
going for walks and other activities like sports. Next year I guess I could
start exercising a couple times a week and try to limit my candy intake
c) I learned you can colour in a specific shape
you can colour in using a lasso.
